1 Egg – 70 kcal
1 Handful of spinach – about 5 kcal
50 g Salmon – 130 kcal
20 g onion – about 7 kcal
50 g Cherry tomatoes – 18 kcal

- Beat the egg with salt and pepper and fry in a pan.
- Chop the onion and tomato.
