I’ve made a tasty ground beef with stir fried vegetables. Super easy to throw together when you do not have time to cook something from scratch.
5.2 Ground Beef with stir fried vegetables
100g mince meat 50 beef/50 pork – 240 kcal
50g Yellow Peppers – 14.5 kcal
50g Harricovert – 11.5 kcal
100 g Carrot – 36 kcal
50 g Broccoli – 17.5 kcal
1/2 tbsp olive oil 59.5 kcal
Salt
Pepper
Optional seasoning
- Fry up ground beef until it is cooked through. Season with salt, pepper and optional seasonings as chili, thyme or taco seasoning.
- Weigh the vegetables and fry with half a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mix together and you have a finished this super easy 5 2 diet recipe!
The stir fried mix I used for this recipes came from the local supermarket. But instead of reading on the back after the number of calories I took everything out and weighed separately to be sure I did get the right amount of calories. It is easiest to do if it is not frozen. It is still much faster than chopping all the vegetables yourself.
